I've had the opportunity to interact with all the employees at Affinity West Springfield MA. The team at Affinity are awesome. I've recieved help from Jess several times. Her dedication is evident in her kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable approach, Jess consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Of all the medical facilities I've used, Affinity in West Springfield, MA, is one of the best.

I’m so upset at myself because I didn’t find this place sooner! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the most friendly and knowledgeable dispensary employees BK and Kai. They were so awesome. They informed me about the rewards program, helped me sign up for it, and made me aware of extra discounts! Saved so much money and I can’t wait to go back for even more savings. I hope BK and Kai are there again :)

My husband has been coming here for a while now and I can’t express how great everyone who works there is, they’re professional, knowledgeable and the best part? Some of the NICEST people we’ve ever met! Colleen especially, shes one of the best and has excellent customer service.

Being a new user of medical marijuana, I am so glad I found Affinity in West Springfield. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. BK is always so kind, helping me find product suited to my specific needs and alerting me to specials that allow me to get more for my money. And when I was overcome with disappointment because something I use was out of stock, Hannah saved the day by recommending something else that totally did the trick. For quality product and service, I highly recommend Affinity in West Springfield.

On 10.13.25 I returned for just my second or third time and was a total newbie to the Vape experience. Unfortunately one if the vapes I bought didn't work very long. I mentioned it to Hannah who was assisting me and she was wonderful about it and helped me to speak with Avery the manager who was also great in his concern for my experience. BK was the other one there and he too helped with my many questions. In the end I was feeling very good about the further education they provided and moved up to the world of carts and buying some of those and new batteries to go with it. Avery made everything good. I forgot my vape today and popped into another place and walked out with nothing and headed strait for Affinity. I appreciate them more than ever and also then remembered to do my review. I carried the reciept my wallet since my last visit knowing I would remember at some point that way. I am not about to take my vape business anywhere else. Thanks again to Hannah and Avery!! :)
