On any other day I would give 4 to 5 stars. Buuuuuuuut... here I am. I traveled to Key on Saturday (Valentines day) to get some product to last me a while. Now usually when I shop I spend upwards of 4 to 500. The gentleman (losely used word) that I had the dissatisfaction of dealing with, has THE WORST customer service skills. I wanted to get more information on some product, I was constantly asked "huh" "what" and there was a "youre gonna have to wait" almost seemed like he was flustered or upset. But customer service 101, treat your customers with respect and they will keep coming back. Treat them the way I was treated on Saturday and loose my business and the many people I know that go there's business. I k ow I don't spend a ton but what I do spend is hard earned. But Saturday left a real rotten taste in my mouth. Didn't catch his name but he was a shorter stouter guy with buzz cut. Just rude and wish I would have let the people behind us go to him.

Absolutely love the this store. If your not sure what you're really shopping for because of the many options with this industry then this is the place to go. Personally I was a price buyer. And the prices here are perfect!! Every employee I've dealt with have not only been kind and extremely knowledgeable, but; patient and understand of my ignorance. Backpain to glaucoma, they know what you need. Give Bloomer a visit. I'm sure you to will be very impressed. No pressure and a laid back team of employees willing to help. Really great service! Even helped my grandma by providing her a chair to sit on while we were being helped at the desk! Definitely will go here again! A big thanks to Michael for helping and answering our questions so we could find what we are looking for!
