Very piss poor dispo Family owned and operated with terrible menu communication Placed an order for a product that said was in stock order soon Called the store spoke to a girl (who had no clue what she was doing) Told me to come in so they could get my order for me then I go in and it’s out of stock and she says it has been for months. So with that how can you afford two stores but can’t afford to have a proper menu, can’t afford good customer service, or is it you choose not to just to get by as a business? I come here twice a week for the last 2 years and will not be returning to this disappointment of an establishment!

This is my dispo of CHOICE! I absolutely LOVE the team that works at both locations. I’ve been coming here for 2-ish years, and every staff member I’ve ever had is always friendly, kind, and provides prompt service. I’m always all about pricing too, and living up here in Northern Michigan they really have the best deals I’ve found. Two locations, Right off I-75, which makes it even more convenient. Additional Bonus Points: Pet friendly, points loyalty program, and punch card program.

All the associates go above and beyond. The products are awesome. Many different varieties of in many different forms. All good. Plenty of parking with easy access in and out. With two locations one north and one south in Gaylord Michigan.

Wide selection lots of gear. Good customer skillz freebies. Plus they got Jim belushi strain, willie nelson tins and just got an awesome collector case w my jeetz✌️😎❤️

With them being closed for their upgrade. It would be nice to find out when they will open up again. I miss getting there product. Update 02/19/26 When I see they are finally open. They are closed again. Im getting so irritated. Its like why bother driving all the way over here if they are gonna not at least keep us posted some way.

Bought a new disposable pen , the lady behind the counter said it was a new product and I decided to try it out. First couple hits were great, after that it started to clog, once I was able to get it to clear it all came out the mouth piece sticky as could be. I called them to see about an exchange no my money back just give me something that works. Was told they would talk to the manager and called me back. I was called back in a timing manor however, was told they could not exchange or give money back. That's not very professional and I will not be back. I will take my business elsewhere.
