the artist tree in beverly hills has an amazing atmosphere. the artwork adds a unique touch and the staff are incredibly helpful. i tried the raw garden concentrates and they were excellent. the product quality was top-notch. will definitely be back!

Would give negative 100 stars if I could. Total bait and switch! I feel bad for the owner bkuz the employees practice false advertising and switching prices upon arrival. I ordered online last night and was given a specific price on the website as my total, upon arrival that price was doubled. The rude manager who claimed his name was “Frank” (bleach bottle blond hair) refused to honor the price I was given online stating I ordered after midnight. I ordered directly from the store site and was given a specific special price. Not the customers problem if it was a mishap. Bait and switch is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also the bleach haired manager knows nothing about customers being right or encouraging ppl to return. Also on the website it falsely advertises “curbside pickup” which apparently they no longer do. Unfortunately for the owner the people who work here seem to think they are above the law! Don’t go to this location unless you want to deal with minimum wage workers who have the intelligence of a peanut. I have been here many times before and was not impressed with customer service but nothing like this. This store is being ran into the ground. The location in West Hollywood is much friendlier … no wannabe bosses working there. Again I feel bad for the owner. Get a better staff. The ppl working there will be the death or success of your business

picked up some thc pens and they were fantastic. the product quality was excellent and the staff were very helpful. great experience.

Neat shop, friendly. However, I bought a cartridge that the salesman recommended that was so bad I don’t even know why they are selling it in the first place. Besides the bad taste and medium effect it gave me bad oral side effects (canker sores) as well as it almost ruined my battery with stickiness. I never had these issues with other cartridges. If that is the best they have to offer avoid this place! At least for vape products.
