Durango Rec Room Dispensary

Been going here 7 years. and used to get good deals. Thought I'd try 1 more time because there's a new management. I won't ever go there again. I know I distinctly said how much I wanted, and unfortunately my ptsd anxiety got me flustered so I took it and left. I ended up with half of what I asked for and I called them. I was told I bought upper shelf, but I'm not sure how he figured that, because I know what price I saw. I'm not the only one, my friend also experienced the same situation. I could really use that amount I feel ripped off for and I know my friend could too. I couldn't just say not worthy of a star period, which is sad because it used to be one of my favorites.

First, the website states that there is 25% on Wednesdays for “Wyld Wednesday” but when I asked the bud tender about any specials he stated there weren’t any. He asked what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for an indica leaning hybrid. He didn’t offer any suggestions but instead directed me to a very small menu and mentioned he was out of stock on two sativa strains. Once I selected a strain with no assistance, he weighed it out and put it in to a sealed bag without ever allowing me to see or smell the cannabis before I purchased it. He was also very clunky and slow with the entire checkout process. Finally, after smoking the cannabis for the last couple of days, I can confidently say that this is some of the worst marijuana that I have ever spent my money on. Extremely dried out, harsh, mostly shake(which I didn’t order) and an unimpressive high. Overall, a negative experience and I will definitely never be back. The strain was Chem de la Chem and the tender I believe was Alec.
