Excessive marketing emails and poor customer service. If an order doesn't arrive you are made to wait three months before Extract Labs will even consider giving you a credit. Refunds are not provided for missing orders. So if your delivery goes missing you will wait months before being able to get another one again. Inflexible processes, terms and conditions definitely do not support or favour the consumer. Do not recommend.

The absolute best products on the market with an awesome staff. Extract Labs products are all trackable with lab tests and have the lowest prices on quality wholesale and boutique CBD with new products all the time.

I’ve been told there is a retail store at their HQ location. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to get in. During weekday hours, the doors are all locked and require a key card. Nobody in sight despite cars in the lot. How do I get in? I walked around the building looking for another entrance then left.

This company is AWESOME. Seriously, can't say enough good things about their products. I was really interested in finding a quality brand of CBD, so when I saw that Extract Lab's had phenomenal quality AND they are a veteran owned company I got really excited. Turns out, this company is 100% legit and their products really are best in class. I will continue to come back to Extract Labs and highly recommend their crumbles and shatters.
