Prompt, polite and price. The staff is quick to address you even if you are waiting for people to filter out. They are very professional, knowledgeable and kind, qualities very rare (especially in service to public positions) in today's world. The prices, always low, competitive and consistent. What else can you ask for really?

This place has really changed in the last couple years. It used to be that you'd go here and all the flower was nothing but stems and seeds. Now they've got some great quality products, and prices that really can't be beat. I don't really shop at dispenseries much, but I will definitely be coming back to this one.

You get what you pay for. If you are buying lower shelf flower make sure you double check for mold before you leave or smoke it. I go there specifically for the value and have been trusting the herb I get from them and just smoking it without checking for months and more recently when in actual good light I have found mold in 3 different strains, 2 of which were purple shelf and all they will do is say sorry and swap it out and not compensate for your time/money/gas to drive all the way back or try to make it right in any other way. Employees are all great but watch your flower

First time in Floyds and It was a great experience! Nice employees and great prices! I don't remember who check my items out but was super friendly and helped me choose some really bomb bud!
