Called the business after finding out my usual Kratom bar was closed 😭😭.

Got a chance to speak with the owner and he was extremely honest, nice and amazing to deal with (I mean honesty on a level I haven't seen in a long time. He messaged me that he was being completely translucent about the fact the only thing I intended to buy was slightly out of date.

This of course is not a problem considering that Kratom really has no shelf life as long as it's dry and I was more than happy to continue the transaction. He expressed how bad he felt about it and gave me a little discount 😎)

I was in a mad dash to get my family off to our hotel but I was having such a great time with the owner that I stuck around for an extra 10-15 minutes. Just chit-chatting.

Came in looking for a very specific size product, unfortunately Mike didn't have it in stock but went out of his way to go to his distributor, and search for what I needed. Great guy! You can tell he genuinely loves interacting with customers. 5/5 will go back to him for anything I need. I don't normally leave reviews but Mike earns every star!
