So this is my go to shop for rosin, concentrates & hash holes but today may have change my decision about that. I understand they have a all sale are finale policy but I’ve been going to this shop since it was NACCC & use to be a vendor to them in 2016 & today I went in there bought to hash flights. One of the hash flights I bought tore when trying to remove it, the design of the packaging is a rubber plug that goes into the glass tip & holds it to the cap. Well apparently the rubber tip got stuck to the cap part so when I went to pull the joint out it rip right off the glass tip. I took it back & they said was sorry, apparently customers are responsible for manufacturer problems from companies this dispensary puts trust in. I miss the old days when shops had respect for the customers & would replace faulty product but I guess this what the industry has come to smh. I don’t recommend purchasing any hash flights from “The Standard” company.

Went in today to get some wax, as I was about to leave the manager Andy stopped me & apologized for the faulty product & also hooked me up with some fire Medz for the inconvenience she definitely showed some old school shop style loyalty & I will definitely be returning because if it. Respect & loyalty go a long way & now this shop gets both from me. Thanks Andy for being so professional about the situation. The second pic is what they gave me. Straight out I got blessed & I appreciate it
