Edit: came back and Navid was awesome. I really do appreciate when bartenders give suggestions and know what they’re talking about !! Very appreciative! Previous review: Stephanie was the sweetest! She was so helpful and was really trying to make sure that they had what I needed (She checked the back for more stock and tried to help me narrow down my choices) Also, she put me onto their rewards program, which I was super excited about! I’ll definitely be a new regular because of her so thank you!!

I visited to the store that was supposed to close at 10 PM, according to their website and store signage. However, when I arrived at 9:50 PM, they had already closed. To make matters worse, I noticed they allowed another customer in at 9:49 PM, just before I arrived. I had driven from Newport Beach specifically for this, so it was quite frustrating. The employees I encountered were unhelpful and did not communicate effectively. This is not how you should behave when you have a new business. Don't say sorry, as it has no meaning if the issue isn't addressed. I recommend updating the store hours on the website and signage to reflect the actual closing time accurately. You will lose customers if this issue continues.

Alexander was awesome! This was definitely an elevated shopping experience for me, as Alexander assisted me throughout it. I love the pink açai flavor he recommended! It is the perfect switch from my usual go-to. I also got 40% off Stiiizy products! Amazing! I will be back! Thanks Mr. Nice Guy!
