Extremely helpful place for beginners. I walked in here when someone I knew gave me their old mod to try to quit smoking. Staff helped me get set-up and explained everything. After I got tired of the tank leaking constantly got a new tank here, a few days later the mod I was given for free was broken, so I came in to get a replacement. Overall a very positive experience and incredibly helpful staff. They also let you taste the juices as well, and are always very patient as well as helpful with suggesting new flavors. There is absolutely no reason to go to another place.

Great staff but unfortunately, I can find my favorite juices somewhere else cheaper. 60 ml goes for $24.99 & at wise guys vapes it’s only $15.99. Those who are saying prices are fair/good here should go out more often. Can’t be loyal to a store that’s robbing you in broad daylight.

I bought 2 vapes here because they had a special 2 for 30. One of the vapes literally tastes burnt and makes a weird noise for when I hit it and for like 15 seconds after. I’ve called every day and no one answers. Just based on that I give one star. Like don’t have a phone if you’re never going to answer your customers when they call

It's been two gentleman that have helped me each time I've come in. Regrettably I'm not sure what their names are, but one I recognize by his glasses and the other by his fondness for flat brim hats. Both of them provide excellent service with a smile every time I'm in there. If I have questions, they have answers. If I have concerns, they have resolutions. They're both knowledgeable in the products they sell, and they haven't made a single bad or out of place recommendation. They maintain a relaxed and stress free environment making the experience that much more enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without question. Whoever hired them made the right call. That is all.
