Order-online The past month on March 4th, already a month has passed, and it is now April 12th, and we are still waiting for a pre-order puffco glass top. We are now over 6 weeks out, with no date on when they will receive the goods. I called today and was told that they would not refund my money but would offer me store credit. That is utterly ridiculous. This is the last time I'll order anything from this place. Total waste of time.

UPDATE: My order finally arrived on October 20. Just wish it didn’t take 2 weeks to ship. The original invoice said it would ship in 1 - 3 business days. Everything arrived in good condition and was packed well. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Placed an order on October 3. They printed out the shipping label the same day. Called their customer service number on October 15 and was told by associate the owner would be there shortly and they would call me back. Never received a phone call back! It’s now October 16 and my item still hasn’t shipped.
