Today was my first time in the shop and let me start by saying I was super impressed by the inventory at H-Town Vape and more importantly the great customer service from the owner Morgan who was absolutely awesome!! Soon as I walked in I instantly felt comfortable and learned a lot about the different THC types and Deltas etc, Morgan was extremely chill and very helpful with my questions and very thorough to where I didn't feel rushed etc. I also appreciated that he let me try a few of the vapes to narrow more down to what I was looking for. The wall scenery was also awesome and the artwork is absolutely dopeeeee! I definitely see me being a repeat customer here for the great products and more importantly the great customer service provided! Mr. Morgan knows his stuff. Great Customer service and will bend over backwards to do everything possible to make everyone’s visit top notch. Always has great stock of high quality products. All in all, Htown Vape is the only place of its kind for the best service and the best product. If you’re looking for it he either has it or he has something that will be even better then what you might be looking for. I’m Htown Vape’s #1 customer for sure!!!

Honestly wish I could give them more than five stars. I've been shopping with them for almost a year now and I will not take my business anywhere else. The owner is the greatest guy ever he's helpful if you have any questions you can call him at any time and he's there for you. Great customer service and they make you feel like you're part of their family. I Honestly Love H Town Vape and will continue to give them my business for years to come.

Great customer service. I don't like to spend a lot of time shopping and I didn't have to here. Asked the questions I had and had them answered quickly and was shown a variety of choices based on my preferences before deciding on a getting a whole new set up. Easy and fast.
