Came at 8:30 pm and they were closed when they claim closing hours are 10 everyday. Called and (what i believe to be the owner) answered from a moving car and acted surprised and confused to hear they were closed, told me he would call back within the minute, only to leave me sitting there waiting for 20 minutes. When i try to call HIM back, the call is rejected. Not sent to voicemail, but rejected. Might be a nice place but i guess I’ll never know. So bizarre to see a business go so far out of their way to NOT take your money. Just wish i had those 30 minutes back 🤦

Had kind of a cringe experience when I visited today. Normally, when I go by myself to vape shops the employees are very respectful. At this one, the man who was helping me was very pushy. I asked for what I wanted, and he opened it from the package, turned it on to see if it was working(totally normal at this point), then holds the vape up to my face in front of my mouth telling me to try it. A little weird .. no one has ever done that to me at any vape shop before. I said I was okay and asked for the package to put it back inside before buying. He asks me if I’ve ever tried this other brand and proceeds to take it out of the package, pulls the vape out and does the same thing. Puts it to my face and tells me he “really really wants me to try this one”. I look at the mouthpiece and it’s disgusting. Covered in lint, and sticky residue like a lollipop left in the carpet. I told him I was fine and didn’t want to try it, I’d just like to make my purchase and go. He said “you don’t want it! No problem!” We head to the register and I make my purchase. I asked for a receipt and he tells me they don’t have a receipt printer. Tells me he’ll screenshot a photo of the computer screen and takes a picture of all the transactions. If you’re a femme presenting person and you’re alone, do NOT visit this shop. I will not be going back after that.

This place is a 100/10!! It is locally owned by a really sweet couple that lives in Cypress. Everyone that works there is so helpful, accommodating, professional, respectful and kind and they will bend over backwards to meet your every need. Their products are equally as outstanding, as they emphasize premium quality in addition to being budget friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Kush! Please go and support their small business! You won't regret it!!
