I came in not really knowing exactly what I wanted only with an idea and April really helped me out! Her customer service is excellent and she’s very down to earth and relatable. I always love being able to have a genuine conversation with someone without it feeling forced and April definitely had that quality about herself and she was super knowledgeable about all of the products. 10/10 awesome person! Can’t wait to come back and see her :)

This place is always out of stock on coils! You need coils to keep your MOD running right. No matter when I come here they never have the coils I need. This is the second MOD I have bought from here that they never have replacement coils in stock. I have asked them multiple times to order more inventory. I have asked them to make an accommodation like waitlists or reserving. They won’t do it. All they say is come on Fridays when they order more. This is either a lie or something they have been told that is not accurate. 3 Fridays in a row and they don’t have what I need. It’s a shame but I’ll tell you this, Max and Zach’s always has what I’m looking for. This is the third employee that I have told that I will take my business elsewhere. No changes have been made. I guess they don’t want my business. 3/9/24 still no coils. Spent my money at one of your competitors.
