Will be the last time I go to this shop. I have been a loyal customer for the past 4-5 years. I stopped by today because I remembered that I had $130 worth of rewards points to be used. Upon getting my items to check out which totaled around $65, I was told that I still had to pay $20 because their system wouldn’t let me use my points. This place is a joke
