Great communication and prices on repairs and products. Text photo updates of all progress and have fast turnaround! I’ve mailed in two peaks and have gotten them back fixed to like new in under a week both times.

Had my puffco go out on me. Sent it in for a new battery, a heating element upgrade, and a cleaning. Got my unit back, and it works better than before it broke with the new upgrades. Fast turnaround and good communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.

SO happy I found Josh - shipped him my Puffco for a repair on the connector and he had the work done and device shipped back with care within a day. Thought I was going to have to buy a new one, but Josh made our device good as new. Can’t recommend him strongly enough - thank you!!

Josh and Higher Ground are amazing! Impeccable communication and super efficient work. My device seemed like it was dead but Josh cleaned it up, replaced a couple things and now it looks and operates like a dream! I highly recommend to everyone!
