wanted to return a vape I didn’t like that I bought the same day, with the receipt. the same young man who had checked me out earlier was still there and then another girl who I assume is the manger/boss was now there. when I told him my reason for not wanting the vape, the girl said to the guy, “are you deadass?” and some other very rude remarks. I won’t ever come back to this location, the guy was very nice but the girl who drove the car with the extremely large stitch plushie in the backseat, was unnecessarily rude and condescending, her energy was toxic and clearly has issues. not that you care anyways that you lost a customer. not to mention i’ve been told numerous times that as long as I have a receipt i’m “able to return it for any reason” so i’m confused at the lying part. * made a dispute with my bank and got my money back, i’ll actually just never go back into one of these stores

We just come to this shop and Ivan helped a lot with our needs. Store was really clean and organized. Very original setup. And it’s 24hrs!! Very convenient.
