Great selection, vapes, pieces, literally anything you could imagine they probably will have it. The employees are super chill and if you ask them a question they’re most likely going to know how to answer it. They have a drink fridge at the entrance of the store with is awesome!!

The store manager possesses ZERO people skills and whoever put him in charge carries as little people skills as him. Of the over a hundreds of times this manager has not smiled, greeted or even shown he was a manager he looks like an average employee that hates his job not manager material this is coming from someone that has over 20 years of experience as a retail manager. I don’t know what his experience is but it’s not people and it’s not customer satisfaction. I spent on average $1,000 every couple months in recent month it’s been double that and over $35 they lost my business. I have spent over $800 at this place in the last 2 weeks and they sold me a empty tank of of nitrous and refused to even exchange and there is no way to test it without loss of product so not go here they will rip you off and send you away whoever owns this business I would take another look at this he is actually costing the owner money and I guarantee I’m not the only customer this business is ripping off.

Normally my favorite smoke shop but lately the staff has seemed a little disgruntled. Went in for my normal product and guy who said he was the manager (tall bald guy) helped me and was complaining about the new rewards system saying how it’s taking money out of his pocket and how he plans to be the owner. Also said more than once how they are the cheapest and that’s what they’re doing for the customers. Just felt kind of uncomfortable and unnecessary. Did not lose a customer, but maybe work towards making the staff happier?

The store itself is good although the customer service today was awful. Dealt with a bald 30th year old that was disrespectful and rude. This needs to be addressed, I spend $100 to $200 a week here and won’t return if I’m treated disrespectfully.
