This place is absolutely horrible and over priced on certain items they carry! Horrible service, horrible owner, you can ask them to order stuff like I have and they never did and still haven't. They have no respect for their customers. Go to Planet smoke and vape! They actually have great prices and stamp cards and discounts! As you can see in other reviews that ownership can't even respond to the 1 star reviews trying to get customers back! This place is the worst!

Poor customer service and extremely overpriced. I work right behind this place and I drive miles out of the way to avoid it. Do yourself a favor and do the same

Bought a vape from here that was defective right out of the box. Never worked, and this was the first time I've had this happen at any shop. They refused to allow an exchange or return. Their prices are also on the higher end compared to other local shops. All in all, not a good experience.

Bought a piece from here yesterday, got home and there was no bowl in it. Went back today and they absolutely REFUSED to do anything about it. The skinny little nerd behind the counter acted like I was asking him to turn water into wine. I don’t need a miracle, I need you to give me what I paid for, which is objectively simple. I’d have split the cost on it and paid a few bucks. I don’t give two toilet torpedos about the $11. It’s the principle of doing good business in good faith. Congrats on losing my bowl and all my future business. #accountability
