We use CVS Pharmacy to fill our prescriptions now, after our insurance told us that the pharmacy we’ve used for decades is out of network. So far, we’ve had no problem with the pharmacy. Our prescriptions have been accurate and filled in a reasonable amount of time. The staff have always been friendly, and appear to be working hard. It should be mentioned that it is normal to have long, long wait times because there seems to be a lot more demand than there are employees available to serve customers in a timely fashion. This is true for both the in-store pharmacy service counter and even worse for the pharmacy drive through. CVS Pharmacy will send us a text message when our prescriptions are ready for pickup. This is a great convenience but comes with a price. That price is that they frequently spam my phone with unwanted text messages suggesting that we sign up for various vaccines that we already handle through our primary care physician. I called the pharmacy, asking them to please stop spamming my phone and the lady said that the CVS store has no control over that, and then provided me with a phone number to the CVS corporate office. I called the corporate number and a very nice lady apologized for the spam, but said that the only way CVS would stop spamming me is if I opt out for receiving text messages when our prescriptions are ready for pickup.
A couple times we’ve received some creepy phone calls from this CVS pharmacy (caller ID number matches this location), trying to call my wife. The first time, the guy refused to tell me what the call was about. I told him that if he wanted to talk to my wife, and have her understand what he’s saying, he would need to get a translator, which he did via a three-way call. After the lady from the translator service greeted my wife, she asked him what message he would like to convey, and he hung up from the three-way call. More recently, a lady from the same phone number called me, asking to talk to my wife. I was in a noisy environment and asked her to please hold on briefly while I walked into a room where I could hear her. It took me about 15 seconds to reach a quieter room and when I told her I would be able to hear her now, she hung up on me.

Worst pharmacy ever. If you go through the drive-thru to pick up your medication and your medication isn't ready move along. The staff needs to be better about not allowing people to sit in line and wait for their meds to be filled. I waited 30 minutes today with one car in front of me.

Lori is a miserable lady and told me she couldnt apply good rx in the drive through because it takes too long. I waited in line just like everybody else. I told her i had my dogs with me i cant come in and she told me sorry and shrugged it off and hung up the drive thru phone. Cant even file a complaint because when you call they just place you on hold and dont come back. Great job Lori you made your miserable pathetic attitude have a negative impact on someone elses day.

Researching other options.
I've been a CVS customer for years but this pharmacy location has the unhappiest employees I've ever ever dealt with. I'm not sure if they're overworked or over managed but overall I feel more of an inconvenience then a customer.

I've only shopped at CVS for necessities and used their pharmacy services, and I've never encountered any issues. While CVS tends to be a bit pricier and infamous for their super long receipts, they consistently meet the standard for convenience and reliability.
