So I’m actually pissed. I went in yesterday to try this store out. I asked a lot of questions because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to switch from a disposable or a pod one. The guy really didn’t know the answers to what I was asking him and when I did it almost seemed like I was annoying him not to mention he sold me a salt liquid when I told him I wanted some thing that was really just the flavor so I ended up bringing it back because on top of it it tasted Burnt he’s been claimed it must’ve been a factory issue. The only thing he did was make me purchase another set of pods and new juice which I didn’t even use the original one I bought. He ended up buying the juice from me and I was still left to pay $26. Mind you after he said it was a factory prob with the device that he did not switch out for a new one. Then come to find out he didn’t leave his vape at home and was using a disposable one. So he sold me something he claimed he used which he wasn’t. So I ended up spending $75 yesterday and will prob never use what I purchased again to only go to another store and get a disposable one. I will never use this store again. This was a horrible experience and I’m extremely upset that kid working felt the need to lie when either way I was good to make a purchase. I feel like he played me and that is not cool. I will make sure any of the people I know who use vapes or anything else do not use this store. $75 down the drain. Thank you Smoker Bruce

Decent selection of glass for the Lansdale area - prices are quite expensive over buying online for most of the items here but it's expected for a brick-and-mortar smoke shop.

They always seem to have my vape supplies, even when no other store has them, in stock. Friendly knowledgeable service.

I called to get a price on cigarette products, but I was informed that pricing is not given over the phone. Since I'm a potential customer, what store refuses to provide prices over the phone but then uses the justification that other stores are calling to inquire about costs?

Staff was extremely rude when I came in just to browse. Their prices aren't really the best, but I used to stop in and purchase stuff here due to convenience. Never had issues previously, but then again.. I've always spent money upon walking in. I am not a new customer and have spent hundreds in this shop previously - I did not appreciate the rude attitude of the gentlemen while just attempting to browsing for new products. I've happily taken my business elsewhere.
