I have bought a ten pack of brass pipe screens three different times and only got nine screens each time. The person I talked to about it didn't really care if I was shorted. UPDATE: I bought another pack of screens after my first review and was given a free pack to offset the missing screens from before. I only needed three screens but the pack had eight.

Walked in and was immediately greeted, answered all my questions and turns out what I was using wasn't right with my vape to what I was looking for, very helpful and helped me pick out a juice that I am very happy with. Offered to help me put it together right there on the spot also! I'll def be coming back here.
