Upper authority has no customer service skills. Female employee of authority was rude and condescending spoke down to me. Having been a loyal medical customer for the past 2 years. Definitely will be not be coming back. I feel robbed due to clear and obvious faulty product. Vape cartridge oozing and leaking product. Purchase price $36

Great place with top shelf flower along with all the best infused prerolls, Extracts. Quick friendly staff in a fairly new facility in Graham, Wa. Long time resident of area and built and owned. Don't drive by and not drop in.

I frequented this store until the return policy for disposables changed and they burned me on a vape that wouldn’t even turn on. Previously 3 days was the time frame it’s now 24 hours I purchased 3 disposables I was lucky enough to open the one that didn’t work attempted to exchange for the same vape on the second day after buying it to be told it’s a 24 hour period now instead of 3 days. There was no manager or anyone with authority to be able to fix my issue so I was instructed to email the shop where I was offered 20% off… essentially bringing my cost of one working vape to 180% cost… I’m not famous by any means but I am well known given my line of work. I refer people to this business all the time I also frequently shop here. I’ll be doing neither of those things unless this issue is remedied. I feel like a Karen making this review but I spent 50$ of my hard earned money on a product that simply didn’t work! And to be offered 20% off was almost insulting. Please fix this!
