This place is GREAT! I went in and was in a hurry for work. The young lady (For whom I forgot her name due to having a horrible memory) who helped me was SO nice, professional and fast. She got me in and out in not time at all. I have been to about 3 other stores but I have now found my forever vape shop. Due to such low prices on things I get that other store are changing way to much for. I highly recommend checking out this vape shop!! My choice flavors are in the photo I took.

This is my first time coming to this location. Online hours say they open at 10. So I wait until 10 and there is nobody here. I’m still sitting here waiting to see if someone is going to open the store. It’s already 10:15 and I’m still waiting. Highly unprofessional. I’m annoyed.

I go here to get my disposable vapes, so that is what I am basing my review on. They have a very good selection of vapes, and they are cheaper than the vape shop right down the street. The staff is patient and helpful because I am super picky and generally take a while to make my selection so they will make suggestions based on the flavors I like, and they are often spot on.

DO NOT BUY KRATOM HERE. Went here about 1pm and asked for red maeng da, container was labeled red maeng da and also had a red sticker (ive bought from here a few times now). Got home a few hours later, opened it up and it was green. (Red maeng da is a brownish reddish color).. Ive had green maeng da before and it looked and smell exactly like green. Went back up to the store (same day) waited patiently for my turn, same girl was there, explained what happened. She said not to worry she would take care of it, called her manager and told him the issue (she spoke right in front of me), explained to him that the powder was green and it was labeled wrong. She hung up and told me that she had to wait for him to call back and if i could wait for her to take care of a few customers.. And not to worry she would take care of me. I waited patiently. He called back maybe 10 minutes later and she hung up and told me she could give me a $3 discount on the big container (129.99) but she couldnt do anything with the improperly labeled container and that it wasnt their fault. I asked her whos fault was it then? Mine? How are you going to sell me the wrong product (labeled correctly but wrong product inside) and then tell me that its not your fault. She told me not to shoot the messenger, that she was just doing what the manager said (which I understand, which is why i mostly kept my cool) and that it was the manufacturers fault not theirs and that the manager said that although it was green that there was a chance it could still possibly be red maeng da (so not only is it my fault that their products are mislabeled.. But they also think that im stupid). And that if i didnt like or want the product I could leave it there ($80 product). $80 down the drain. Apparently its my fault that their manufacturer mislabeled their product. If you do buy here, I recommend checking your product before you leave. But they still probably won't correct the issue if youve already paid anyways lol. Very unprofessional, money hungry owners apparently.

Been to this location twice now and would give ZERO stars if I could. The first time my bf and I went about 15 minutes before closing and the girl there gave us huge attitude, told us to hurry because she needed to close the shop. Keep in mind we spent maybe 1 minute in there before we left with our purchase.. just very rude and unprofessional. Just went for a second time, same girl there, same rude behavior, she’s too lazy to walk around the store to show glass products we were asking about so we left. Someone needs to tell her to smile lol
