Unfortunately I have to give this store a 1 star review because of the behavior I received today. I had a coupon specifically for the semi-annual sale for $10 off $40. The girl at the register told me that I had already used it. I don't see how that is possible since I just opened it that morning. She said bath and body works sends out the same coupons before Christmas with an expiration date of 12/24 and then new ones for the semi annual sale with expiration dates of 1/12 but the coupons are apparently the same. So if you shop before Christmas and then get new coupons to come shop the sale she said they will be the same. I called the corporate office who said that is false. But no one could tell me why it said my coupon showed it had been used when I just opened it that morning. I just am saddened by the lack of understanding the employees at this location have. They treated me like I was some sort of cheat trying to scam them. Unbelievably rude.

Just left Emily the manager had a nasty attitude for no reason. I was asking to return a half full candle that didn’t smell anymore for an exchange. She said it was less then 50% it was right at the 50% the other one I had wasn’t and I was ok with that. Then I go to exchange another never lit candle she looked at and and said do you have the receipt. I’m like let me look and she looked down rolled her eyes and said I’m pretty sure you don’t. Rolled her eyes and gave it back to me. You don’t have to be nasty about an exchange you can just say they is last years. I’m not going to be able to let policy but it’s just the very confrontational attitude that was very un called for. Sad I will have to go to the main Park Meadows Mall just for good customer service. Suck because this isn’t the 1st at this store or at this outlet. Never fails with the nasty attitude. It’s an outlet location with out the discount and a side of very bad customer service. Soooo sad. Happy holidays

Lacy had no business being so SWEET!! She was so kind and helpful. She went out of he way to assist us in getting the candle we wanted (midnight cocktails is popular these days), picking up my online order AND supplying my birthday gift 💝. Customer service comes naturally for Lacy.
