I had placed an order at 1pm, I understand there’s a snow emergency happening this weekend (1/23/26) and a lot of people had the same idea, I work until 8pm and have to go into work at 8am when they open so I can’t get it during this time, I get marijuana to control medical issues. I get here and immediately told they’re at capacity at 8:30, I said I placed an online order she said “ I’m so sorry we’re at capacity and it’ll probably be until 9, you could try uplift they might be able to take people, but we do open at 8 am.” Later a guy asked how long it would be and another girl with pink long hair comes out and yells at people in the parking lot that “we are at capacity, we are not taking any more people our manager is not having it, I don’t care if you have an online order, you have a medical card, or you’ve been coming here for years nobody else is coming in tonight” and left without a sorry. I also think it’s completely unsafe to leave the girl with dark pink hair and I THINK she had glasses (who apologized and was very polite about it) to stand at the door and be the one to tell everybody, I watched a man who seemed agitated (he was the one who caused the other woman to come out and yell) take it out on her and three other people seemed visibly upset. She had nobody else in the lobby with her and was left by herself, you never know who’s coming to the door or what they do when angry. She should’ve had somebody with her especially with the type of business this is. I get numerous texts about my pickup and emails about promotions and there is an app, why was this not used to send out a notification that they were at capacity and might have to turn people away? I personally told about 5 people coming up that they weren’t taking orders and one person came from an hour away to get their order they placed earlier in the day. I was told I could go to uplift in Milford when I inquired if they were still at capacity, they closed at 9 and would’ve been closed. They did not even put a sign on the door to alert people. I got an email telling me my order was declined but not that they were essentially closing early. I think the entire situation was handled unprofessionally both for the employee in the lobby and to people coming to pick up their orders who had no clue. You have 10 registers in your store but don’t have 10 people to check people out in a way to reduce capacity. Edit: we called the customer line and sent to a call center who supposedly relayed our call to the business owner. Never received a call back, apology, nothing. But they’re responding to new reviews. Do better.

This is my go to place to get a good deal on products. The employees are always very nice and friendly and the line moves fast. I have had a few products I have had issues with that I have had to exchange, but as long as I provided a receipt they have always honored it.

I love this store, but after my experience today, I’m severely disappointed. I preordered my items, which is usually just a quick pick up. Today, I had 4 people in front of me, 5 behind me and 2 in the medical only line that had just walked in and got serviced first. It shouldn’t be like that at all, especially with only 3 people working. It’s medical, like a pharmacy which is first come first served. It doesn’t happen a lot, but today’s experience just really upset myself and everyone else in line.

This place is great! Very quick, easy and spacious on the inside so even if it's crowded you aren't bumping shoulders with anyone. Larry was super helpful in making sure I bought the right battery, and was also very patient and showed me how to sign up for the rewards. My only gripe is that with the rewards when you select your age you have to manually swipe back 240+ months to get to your birthday instead of just typing the date in haha. But Larry entertained me while I had to swipe back so I wasn't too upset. Thank you Larry!

I was a bit overwhelmed my first couple of times and Jeff was very helpful and patient explaining the process and products.
Now I come in and feel good. Larry always seems to be there with a smile and input. Some employees seem to be spaced out but as long as Jeff and Larry are there, you all have my business. Thanks.
