Came into the store for the first time, first time medical user. Charles was AMAZING!! He did a great job listening to my concerns and explaining all the products to me and what would best suit my needs. I thought I knew more than I actual did. It was a big help having someone knowledgeable guide me. Looking forward to trying the products and visiting again!

Tonita is amazing — she goes above and beyond every time I stop by. The whole shop is super helpful, quick, and easy to work with. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Gordie is fantastic! His customer service is amazing, and he is very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. He was very welcoming as soon as I entered, and I could feel that he was genuinely listening to me. The entire staff very nice as well.
