40 minutes waiting for a appt that is suppose to take 10. Now have to wait a week for them to renew it when other places take 3 days. Worst service, going to new doctor next year. DON'T SUPPORT THEM!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I scheduled an appointment with them without checking reviews, but thankfully I looked into them before I actually had my appointment or paid them any money. I received an email on Tuesday reminding me of my upcoming appointment and letting me know they would need to collect money beforehand. This raised red flags for me and I responded with my concerns about the numerous bad reviews, as well as trying to call repeatedly. The attached pictures show how they never bothered to address those concerns, only sending another reminder and then letting me know they were cancelling my appointment after I already made it clear I was cancelling. I will be looking into who I can report these scammers to.

Had my virtual renewal appointment March 11th. Said they would renew my certification straight away. Went to go buy my goods this week and my order was cancelled because no one bothered to send in the certification. Left an email in the portal. I've been calling and leaving messages for days. No one answers the phone at the Columbia location. Everything goes straight to voicemail. Paid for services I'm not getting and that makes me unhappy to say the least. UPDATE! After calling the national number and leaving a message that way, someone finally took care of the certification.

They never answer the phone. I’ve left two voice mails asking for them to get back to me because I need to renew my account with them and they have not reached out. Also the address is incorrect. I drove all the way to speak with him in person about my problem and the address brought me to Liberty Tax. What a waste of my time.
