Great club and great prices! Very friendly staff! I would give full 5 stars except they need to fix thier check-in process. There should be separate lines for walking and online pickups. You will sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes to wait for walk-ins to finish shopping before you get to check-in just to pickup an order that is already ready.

I am so disappointed with CANNACRUZ since they moved ( it has droped from a 7 to a BIG 0 rating). I went in late Sunday and bought a oz of some swag. Besides the store being so spred out and commershalized, while have poor products and being way over priced. I was 10 cents short and asked the tenders if he could let me slide: so I would not have to cash another $20 ,but he said no while him and his other cronneys mocking me. So when I immediately asked for a refund they all refused me while having no refund sign up or on my reciept . This is where it gets stupid, after asking them sevarl times for a refund while trying to maintain some kind of compoure, I asked for their manager. Again they refused me while calling thieir securitty. He appolagized the whole way out and said " t He was sorry and only works here" .. I will never go back!

We are from Santa Cruz, my husband is the Salinas born, so we often come to town to see friends and family. That being said, there is a RIGHT WAY and a WRONG WAY to handle customer service in such a small town community like MOST city's within the greater Bay Area. If you're looking to get a FRIENDLY neighborhood pot shop experience I HIGHLY recommend you make the drive to Santa Cruz! Our local shops would NEVER turn down a visit from Jupiter and her parents. Bad form from the security! BAD FORM!

Walked in smiley and trying to be friendly while only getting short and cold responses, I tried not to take it personally and keep it pushing. But then I noticed I got no help for about 5-10 mins while others who came in after me were helped attentively. When I was eventually helped I was given a sour and rude attitude from the worker , which I decided to take personally. If you’re black and in Salinas I recommend East of Eden or literally any other place in the 831 that’s doable for your situation because Canna Cruz is not happy to help you.
