I first tried the product at a family member’s house and was pleasingly surprised that the menthol cool the skin and the CBD relaxed the muscle of the lower back. I placed an order for myself that week (November 2021) and was surprised they only accepted CashApp for payment. Because I knew someone who had ordered the product I went ahead and placed an order. Fast forward to Christmas week and no product was received. I emailed the seller and they never bothered to respond. I tried calling their phone number and no answer, no voicemail was available. I gave the benefit of the holiday mailing season to them. Fast forward to MLK day, still nothing. So I reported the fraud to CashApp. The payment processor told me they would work to get my money back from the seller. Valentine’s Day I received the bottle of cream. We threw in the garbage and will never recommend this vendor to anyone.
