Such a cool store and the manager Jen was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out what would be best for me. The Night Crawlers have legitimately helped me sleep better at night and the dog treats have been a lifesaver. My boxer has major separation anxiety and the treats help calm her down and relax when I’m gone. Not to mention she’s a picky eater but she gobbles up the peanut butter treats! Love this store!

LOVE THIS STORE!! I went in on their first day open and was greeted by the loveliest people. They taught me about the healing elements of their products and I honestly learned so much. The shop is gorgeous and the products they sell are even better. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the Columbia area- and they also have other locations in the southeast. 10/10 experience!

After coming home from deployment I needed a way to sleep and relax. I stopped into the shop and Jennifer walked me through all the options and catered exactly to my specific needs. I had no idea about the products or what I even needed but her and the staff took time to really help me find the exact products I needed. I have been to a few other places and it has always felt like a used car sale but here they put peoples needs first. I could tell that Jennifer only cared about my mental state and needs and not making the biggest sale or loading me up with stuff i didn’t need, instead it was warm welcoming and understanding. If you are a Vet and deal with similar issues, you need to come see these folks and ask for Jennifer. By far the best shop in town.

Charleston Hemp Collective is the best place in Columbia that I have found to get my CBD products from. Their quality is always amazing and I love that they manufacture all of their own products. It also makes me feel good knowing that they don’t use any artificial flavors or fillers.

I first experienced Charlston Hemp Collective when we were in Savannah Georgia. I have searched for a gummy that would help with my pain, mostly neurological. Nothing has EVER worked until I found their High Tide Delta 9 gummies and drinks. Also, these gummy‘s stay soft for as long as you have them. When back in New York, I had trouble finding them and left a message at the store. To my surprise Libiss, the company’s owner, called me personally and set up a phone chat with Kat from their Charleston location. Kat spent so much time with me on the phone and made sure that she understood just what I needed. Not only that, with my order came this handwritten note from her. I also shared these gummies with my three brothers, all of whom thought they would not work for them, and now they keep hounding me on how to get some. This company goes above and beyond and I hope they never stop. I am very grateful.

I came in only for a browse and her passion and knowledge of the products sold me on 8 different items. She was so attentive to my needs and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be coming back in hopes that she will be working again. Good customer service has been lost these days, but today I found it with Ramsey at the hemp collective.

My feet were in serious pain from all the walking around the city and I had nothing with me for the pain. I decided to try some products from this store since I was near by. The staff were so friendly and helpful and helped me pick out a salve and some drops for the pain which helped tremendously and allowed me to continue seeing the city! The product were very pricey but they did help me where CBD products in the past did not. I would equate this to being a quality product. Thanks again for the help ladies!
