The staff at Chaska Downtown Smoke Shop are always friendly and knowledgeable. Sam always remembers me when I arrive and I can be sure to be greeted with a smile, willingness to help and positive attitude. Not only that, but I have seen Sam as well and other employees interactions with customers as well, providing the same outstanding experience. It’s clear they are not just there to do their job, they get to know their customers, take time to answer questions, not rushing you out the door, truly showing you are not just a sale to them but a person. That’s something rare to find these days, and not found at any other shop I’ve been. Thank you for your help, support, always welcoming with a smile, and just being a friendly place to shop.

This store is amazing. The people who work and own it are even more amazing. Sam and Kelly have been incredibly awesome. I love coming to this smoke shop and I will never go anywhere else. Love ya guys.

Not personal. Doesn't seem to know a lot about the product. Give generic answers. I know more than they do on most questions I ask. The other vape shop gives free lighters, this shop I asked, and they looked at me as if I just asked if I spit on there dead relatives gravestone? Do they have Orion back? Do they have jolly lush stuffed yet? Have they made any of these improvements yet? What is your favorite 15,000 disposable vape? I'm very very curious to hear. I can understand if they wouldn't want you guys to answer, because those are the ones that aren't such a rip off.
