Super friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions and was very helpful to me and the other customers that came in while I was there. Really great prices and selection, also offering to order something if they did not have and it would likely be there in a day or two. I will definitely be going here again!

Honestly, one of the best cloud shops around! Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted within seconds and no matter the associate it’s always a pleasant greeting. Everyone that I have met at cloud city has been friendly and knowledgeable about all of the supplies and more. Highly recommend.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Very competitive pricing. I was looking for an OPMS Black Shots in an area new to me. I called around a few shops and no one would pickup. Finally came across Cloud City who picked up and had what I wanted in stock and even gave me a special deal to solidify my loyalty. I highly recommend this shop and will be a return customer.
