I started reading the reviews here about this cannabis dispensary, but stopped after a few. If you notice it's either 1 Stat or 5 stars. You live it or hate. I know I hate it, just like the rest of the 1 star reviews. Customer relations and staff attitude are some of the worst I've ever seen.. in any store. .Any where! Sure they switched it up, but the problem remains. You work in a cannabis store! How the heck can you have a poor attitude? I've had a budtender actually throw my change at me. They are way, way overpriced. The dispensary right near by has the same things at much more affordable prices..and much nicer friendlier staff. A lot of the flower is old and dried out. Much of it has been handled by customers and the contents are virtually dust because of this. I appreciate the fact that there are cannabis outlets even available. It's great And this place does have some rare and unique products, at times. But, it is such a horrible vibe you get from the minute you walk in. You have to be physically escorted in by security for an identification and age interrogation before you even get in, by security guards who act like they're guarding the white house. Ease up guys, youre scaring people away. Sure seemed like getting booked into jail. And the tip buckets everywhere. Here's an idea. How about treat the customers right, have a pleasant attitude maybe we'll start filling those tip buckets up.

Just had my first trip to Deli since the changed to Stiizy and I had an amazing experience! My budtender Madison 🔥🤍 was super friendly and gave me all the support I needed as a first time shopper. Can’t wait to go back

Always a bad experience with this place. Not only do they drive their prices up on customer’s but they also have poor customer service and systems. Placed an online order and they messaged me letting me know they will get my order ready. Came in just for the lady to say they never received my order and made me try to find what it was online. After telling them what products they were all she could say was, “Oh that’s probably why, we don’t have that.” No empathy for the customer or asking what else she could do for me. There’s a reason i stopped coming here years ago, that won’t change now. Why are you not communicating to customer’s when something is out of stock as well?

Nohemi is the best!! Love coming in and seeing her smiling face!! Literal bestie! So welcoming and kind ❤️ I won't go to any other dispensary in town. Great people and great prices.

I was hoping with new management it would be better but no it’s worse. Placed my order online this morning for pickup. I went to pick it up and was told I couldn’t get it because that brand was reserved for delivery only. The site let me place my order and said nothing about delivery only. Associate that helped me was absolutely zero help. This is why I stopped going here. Stupid for giving it another shot.
