Store not open when advertised. Drove 11 miles out of my way to purchase a specific brand im loyal to. Posted on door and google that on friday the store is open at 10 A.M. I arrived at 10:20 and again at 11 with no one at location

My wife and I came into the store tonight while the lady working was helping another customer we started to look at what mods we wanted the lady then came over to help us, she grabbed the two boxes out of the case and walked over by the register I then told her we still needed juice so while I told her what I wanted my wife was trying to read what flavors you had and it’s extremely hard to read so having a book would be helpful. The lady then asked my wife what kind of stuff does she like as my wife started to tell her she then cut my wife off and asked for her ID my wife then told the lady that she didn’t have it on her and the lady rudely asked her to step back and not say anything else. That to me was very disrespectful and could’ve been avoided had the lady asked for our IDs prior to starting to help us. I’d like to apologize to the lady working for interrupting her from sitting on the couch and watching her show.

This is a great store, I always have an awesome experience at derb but the guy at mt. Washington store went above and beyond to be sure I was a happy customer. I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.
