I work in the cannabis industry but I don't come in too often, but I stopped in because they have some really good quality concentrates. Jasmine was my budtender and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, informed me of discounts and promotions, made sure I had everything I needed, and she was very engaging. I will definitely be coming back more regularly. The industry needs more budtenders like her. 💚

District Cannabis always gets their patients in and out in an efficient manner, and I’ve always had positive experiences with all budtenders. That being said, today I came in and had Angela and she is easily THE most pleasant budtender I’ve had in YEARS! I had one or two questions and she took her time answering them, and provided a few recommendations of brand new products on the line. Can’t recommend DC highly enough!

It was my first time at District and Kriste was such a big help! She explained in detail how it works. I also got to go in a special day when they celebrated an employee's birthday! I highly recommend :)

I love this place. They always have the best deals and products. Ashley is the fastest out of all dispensaries I been to. I had to ask her name after seeing her destroy a line twice! If she’s working I know I will be in and out. Give her a raise she moves that line. One satisfied customer! Kudos to DC

Writing this review is bittersweet. I have been a customer of this dispensary for some time now and between my sister and I we both have spent a lot of money at this establishment. And while the only complaint up until this point was the waiting in line to be seen so you can pick up your order things certainly took a turn. As a rule, even though it is prepackaged, I still always weigh the flower I have purchased just to make sure I am getting what was paid for and things have always been on the money. So recent trip experience, I get home with a new purchase and when it was put on the scale it was three grams short from being the quarter (7g) I had expected and paid for. The following day I returned to the dispensary explaining what had happened and expected to have no issues in having the matter resolved and fixed with no qualms whatsoever. But was I wrong. I was told they could do nothing about it showing no concern or worry as to what happened and said I myself had to reach out to the suppliers and explain to them what the issue was and hopefully the supplier would make good on the error that had occurred. Shocked and stunned I asked them if they were going to anything in order to help solve the matter at hand and the employees said there was nothing they could do. They did not even offer or want to offer any points towards my account until I mentioned it to which a scrutinized amount of points was given but much to the annoyance of the dispensary and their staff. The fact I was told to deal with the supplier on my own is poor and pathetic customer service. That is like buying a car and then having an issue with it and the dealer telling you to call the manufacturer. You are the dispensary, you are the one selling a product and making a profit from that product. It is your responsibility as the seller to make good on the products sold by your company not the customers who have no way of reaching out to the correct people in order to have an issue resolved.
