Krystal is so sweet! She definitely cares for every person that walks in the door. She is everything customer service should be!!! They have a good range of products and they let you try it before you leave to make sure it works. 10/10!

Love this place. The staff are incredible and love seeing familiar faces. Kyrstal (with a K) is such a lovely bundle of joy. Too bad this intersection is a god damn nightmare!

I would give them zero but that’s not an option. My friend just bought a disposable vape from here and the vape is not working at all, it’s fresh out the pack nothing on it will work. She walked out of the store To are car when she saw that it was not working she went back in to get a new one to replace the did they gave her. They said they could do nothing about it because she walked out of the store. Even tho we were parked right infront of them and they could clearly see us. She was not even out of the store for a full 60 seconds. They got an attitude when I went in the store to ask about it. This is completely unexplainable. Do not shop here, this is not the first time something like this has happened.

The staff at this location is exceptional in all forms. Very knowledgeable quick to answer any and all questions . They never stop impressing me even after years of going to this location I drive from cedar park to oak hill just for the service I receive from them. I will continue doing business with them and only them. What a great establishment!! These guys set the bar very high for all the competition I doubt seriously anybody can compete with this place. Keep up the great work guys !!!!!!!!!

I’ve purchased here a couple of times now and the second time wasn’t much better so I don’t think I’ll be returning. There is a guy who works in this store that has terrible customer service and gives me the heebie jeebies. I’ve asked if certain items could be ordered on both occasions I stopped by and he said he didn’t know and that was all he had to say. Very short, cold, no eye contact, and seemed disinterested in my business. The other staff members were warm, friendly, engaging, and eager to help with items they did have on stock, so I am giving it 2 stars.
