I have been coming here since they opened their doors in 2012. Management has recently changed hands and I kinda miss the old days. However, the employees are always nice and helpful. Most are very knowledgeable and can answer questions that I throw at them. Out of everyone, Tom has been with the company the longest and he's the one I trust with everything. All in all, a great vape shop for beginners and seasoned vapers.

Tom is the absolute man! I've been coming to this store since it opened and they continue to bring me back. There is no point shopping around. They have the best pricing and best flavors in pasco. And the staff, especially Tom, have more knowledge than I ever will, but don't make you feel silly for asking questions... DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Tom is a top Fly3 employee probably one of the best I’ve ever dealt with this place is my premier spot to go to when it comes for coils always has them in stock. Flavors are always wonderfully flavored and the prices cannot be matched.
