Overcharged me on price discussed and didn’t notice until I saw the receipt after paying, called to work out a solution and am waiting for a response. Will change when resolved. Payed over 20% more for a used item than it cost new on Amazon. Called and was basically told I heard wrong and that I picked the most expensive option even though I was told the low and middle price options were not available. Just seems like a shady way to upsell customers. Hopefully I can get this resolved and get the $20+ I over paid back but I’m not convinced I will receive a call back like I was told I would.
