I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fire and Frost Cannabis Dispensary on my way home from work. I arrived around 10:40 PM, just before their closing time at 11 PM, and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dispensary. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly budtender who asked how he could assist me. I inquired about their current sales, and when I mentioned that the prices were a bit out of my range, he proactively asked for my budget. I told him I was looking to spend around $20, and he quickly found a product that was both affordable and exactly what I needed. His attentiveness and willingness to help without any hesitation truly stood out to me. This was my second visit to Fire and Frost, and both times, the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The variety of products they offer is impressive, and the quality is top-notch. Overall, Fire and Frost Cannabis Dispensary has earned my loyalty with their excellent customer service, clean environment, and great selection of products. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone in the Vancouver area looking for a reliable and friendly place to purchase cannabis.

I sent my husband in to get my regular herb since I’ve had a horrid migraine for weeks. He gets there and they were out of my normal. He goes to call me to see what I’d like and the employee tells him to get out. That he’s not allowed to discuss products over the phone. What a load of nasty.. It’s sad that my husband was the only person in the store and this employee had to embarrass him. Shame on you and your horrible service. I will never come back!!!

Came in to get my wife herb and they were out of her normal so I went to call her to see what else she’d like just to have the rudest shaggy guy tell me to get out talking about their products over the phone. I did just that..I left and will never come back. Rude employee and they not only lost a sale, they lost our business for good.
