I love this dispensary! Its south Florida’s cannabis user’s best kept secret. I’ve had my med card for years and hadn’t heard of Fluent until I asked a friend where she got her “cute” vape from… This location is always bright, clean, and upbeat. The staff are always on top of their game, I’ve never had a product inconsistency and truly do not have a bad word to say about fluent. Their management is doing great, their staff is doing great, and these guys deserve a raise or bonus! (Or at least a pizza party, common guys)

He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand the strains, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. His energy was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — it made the whole experience easy and comfortable. The supposed manager of this place is really rude and had a nasty attitude from the moment me and my visitor walked in. I’ve been to fluent plenty of times and have never received such poor customer service. She did not offer any suggestions , explain anything about what points/rewards I have available, and I expressed multiple times that the prices on the website were not being reflected on the tablet . “It’s showing x amount to me”. And when she finally pulled the tablet back , she refreshed the page and then the prices matched the website and she goes “it just needed to be refreshed” with the nastiest attitude. Finally got my products and I asked if she was the manager and she claimed she was and I told her she had a bad attitude and she says “idk what you’re talking about but I’m sorry.” Just a rude woman with a snarky bad attitude . Really ruined my experience I will not be returning to this location.

This was a great place to buy medical cannabis, especially for first time buyers. We sat with Linsey in a private room and she reviewed all of the options', pluses and minuses. She was so patient, explained the products so well, and really made the process easy! Prices were competitive with others. Maybe a more limited availability of specific products, but they had enough choices available to completely meet our needs. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this location when it comes to their vapes but today had a different experience with the general manager. Tried to exchange a product within 7 days of purchase. The manager apparently didn’t wanna accept it. Said it had to before 7 days, which is different from what the receipt says. So, if you want to exchange make sure you do it on day 6, or else they won’t help you. A bit of a shame since all the employees are so friendly. The GM should probably take notes from her employees to try and fix that horrible attitude.
