If I know what I want to get I order online And I am always in and out. Everyone that works there is so nice. I've never had a bad experience. Also the reward system is great.

Awesome staff, except Sarah! We were told for several weeks in a row by multiple bud tenders that we would receive a raincheck for free product from a deal we participated in. Sarah decided that everyone else apparently lied, and we could no longer have our free product. I'm not upset at the policy of no rain checks being given, that's understandable. They're horrible at customer service for lying that once the product was back in stock we could still receive it. I hope Sarah's pillow is too hot to sleep tonight💓

Was here last week and everyone was super nice! The lady that assisted me was supper helpful. I don’t remember her name I think it starts with a B. All I know is she has a few face tattoos and she’s super sweet and made my visit quick and easy.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I LOVE this place. It’s always pretty quick to get in and the space is very open and mellow so you have room to browse and not feel like you’re in other customer’s way. My most recent visit was absolutely excellent! Bambi was my budtender and was super sweet and knowledgeable and helped me pick he PERFECT flower strain to help with what I need (help me with having an appetite and reducing nausea and coughing a lot). They recommend some great options for cones for me to try. I will be back again for sure! I also have a soft spot for the sick delivery tube they use for drive through orders!

Bruh I believe shawty name was Jade, or J.. she can be Doc J to me. on everything been coming to this spot off and on. decided to get like Miiss Frizzle from magic school bus before my shift. only had $10 on me. told me my pre roll would be ten and some change. just my luck. bruh Doc J hit me with the okey doke and asked if i had point .. gosh damn points right .. who knew they had points. bruh bruh (doc J ) swing a $50 off left hook i had in the vault and didnt even know it. and if you read the review this far. i even put her on to the blazy Susan "Rose Wraps" fire flame... aye Doc J im blazing this one for you. i paid for a wrap and left the 7 for the tip.. pay attention I only paid for the wraps... get ya points up peoples .. . I picked up a disposable pen and a chocolate bar. Tax was high. But I was happy with the products. The pen taste like dirty socks , but gets me high so I don't mind. The chocolate was delicious 100 mg and it worked pretty good too think it was Panda brand.

I wanted to love Fresh Karma, but I’ve noticed lately that while their wonderful staff is immaculately skilled and knowledgeable in their industry, they seem to be lacking their spark lately. Maybe it’s because the credit card machines are inconsistent. They seem to be having issues more than they ever work and if it’s inconvenient for me as a customer, I can imagine it would be inconvenient for the employees as well. I’d rather pay with cash than deal with the yes-no-maybe-so of the machines or pay the heinous transaction fees. While we’re on inconsistency, let’s talk about their stock. I would love to walk in confident that I’ll walk out with what I came in for, but that’s not often the case. Their inventory selection is just not hitting the bar for me. With the Panda gummies as bitter as they are, I’d love to see them bring back Missouri’s Own (or WYLD?…or Flora Farms?…or like any of the brands they did away with?). If I, as a customer, am noticing so many inconsistencies in the store, I wonder what sorts of inconsistencies are happening behind the scenes. Seems like the owners don’t care about anything but their bottom line and it absolutely shows.
