I’m a regular and go to buy discounted protein bars.. most of the staff is friendly except last time I went a salesperson asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership. I politely said no 3 or 4 times .. and a “manager” came and was upset and started an argument . I don’t understand their logic here it’s extremely pushy sales and they don’t take no for an answer... so they will force you to sign up for a membership or whatever they are selling against your will .. no respect for the customer and will step on you to get their sales quota

Worst gnc ive been 2. For 2 days ive called to ask a question about the stock on a certain supplement and no answer at all. They have a sign saying open from 11 to 7. I show up at 3:15 and the door is locked. I dont no whos running this establishment but changes need to be made.

Definitely not one to review; but I received outstanding service received today by Adam, the staff member. Very attentive, upbeat, great knowledge of existing supplements -- you got a real authentic sense from the guy that he was there to help. I hadn't planned on upgrading to GNC Pro Access, but ended up going for it today after Adam's thorough explanation of the newest updates. I've been shopping at this location for years, and today was the first time I thought I'd leave a review. Kudos to Adam and the management that hired him.

Awesome store and staff. It was my first time buying any kind of protein supplement. Didn’t know all the lingo but told them my goals and the staff did an amazing job helping me find exactly what I needed. Bunch of friendly and helpful guys.
