I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Blaine Green Goods and its staff. Always pleasant and friendly. Clean inside and out. The vibes are always good at Green Goods. My only wish is to have a dispensary in the Brainerd Lakes area. I drive down 2.5 hours just to get my medicine. That’s how good they are there.

Well, you’ve lost ANOTHER customer. I have read through your most recent reviews and you don’t seem to care. You’re going responded to negative reviews speaks volumes. This is my 3rd year in the medical cannabis program. This location has gone down the toilet ever since it has made recreational use available. There is no longer a concern for medical use patients. What is the point of making an appointment online if you have to wait in line for 30 minutes once you get there?! When I complained about the wait and how hard it was for me to stand in line that long the cashier, “well, it’s just like going to Target and waiting in line”. First of all, this is not helpful. Secondly, I don’t make an appointment to check out at Target, and thirdly 4 people in front of me made adjustments to their orders or hadn’t done their patient evaluation before getting to the cashier! All of the “street dwellers” flock to this location now and are in the medical cannabis line. It makes no sense. I won’t be back - not that you care.

This store is amazing. I want to personally give a shout out to the amazing woman checking ID's. She went over and above to help me. She us amazing. I also want say the rest of the staff are exceptionally helpful and make the process easy, even for an old timer like me

Feels pretty safe location wise. Haven't had any negative experiences myself. I wish the deals kept up with RISE. But definitely has good product from what I've purchased. It's usually my second option. Mostly it needs better deals.

Excellent, professional, polite, knowledgeable staff, great medical/medicine product's, and al around pleasure to go to and get your prescriptions! Will definitely be a long time patient/customer !!! Highly recommend!!

The customer service here is exceptional, always friendly and knowledgeable. The cleanliness of the place is also noteworthy, creating a welcoming environment every visit. While it can get busy at times, I've found that if you arrive at your pickup time, the wait is never too long.

Been coming here since day 1. Even if you have to wait 15 minutes it's always pleasant and welcoming. Great people! I miss some that have left, but find the new staff just as friendly and kind. Great job!

Dispensary had been very slow with my order front desk gentleman was rude and short quick to just tell me that they had technical issues when I placed an order online and it said it was ready and we’re already an hour past my pick up time schedule and I had been waiting for an hour with no one saying it may take longer or anything. This kind of service just shows me the type of employees that run this location they aren’t interested in helping you more or less trying to get you out the door with inconvenience to them being minimized in anyway as a business that’s up in coming and a regular cannabis user I will definitely not be using this location even though it’s close by my house I’d rather drive another 5 minutes up the road to rise and get 10x better service and quicker pick up and not have to deal with employees who don’t want to help or give you a hard time when you ask simple questions.

These employees are like family and really close friends! They genuinely care about you and their products and how to better suit your life and make your supply last and be more effective. They are considerate and fast with service with a flare of care and support by taking a second to ask how your doing. They have a great clean environment and lots of products to choose from. I love their sales and events and enev enjoy them out at the MN state fair! Great community of people!
