Its a great store but the owners themselves are really irresponsible at re-stocking. The Club 13 is hit or miss. It seems like they get a shipment every 6 months despite countless requests to their employees.

Amazing service, selection, and quality products, wide variety of kratom, CBS, tobacco, salt nicotine, devices, glass pieces as well as any cigar, cigarettes, chew, and juul you could ever need. Hands down my favorite vape store

absolutely horrible customer service!! i purchased a cigarette rolling machine 2 days ago, it broke and i bring it back and the woman said that since it broke in my care she can't refund it or replace it or do anything, it would have been nice to know that before i just spent $50 on this item!!!! I want a refund! absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a tobacco shop🤢

They sell fake RAW rolling paper products. They also sell fake sharp stone grinders. Be careful

Terrible customer service. Purchased a Loon Maxx from them and three hits later I was inhaling a burned nasty taste. Three shops near by have said the flavor was discontinued months ago. They are thinking the shop is pushing very old product for full price. I wanted to settle it without my credit card company but unfortunately I think that’s the way I’m going to have to go. I guess buyer beware applies in this case. They have the try before you leave signage without verbally suggesting it in order to relieve themselves of the burden of passing duds off on their customers.
