Called in about a discrepancy and was curtly told they were busy. The bud tender said they would put me on hold and then immediately hung up. The budtender did not apologize or even recognize her mistake when I called back and attempted to argue instead of find a solution to the original issue. Employees need a serious crash course on customer service and ways to speak to a customer

The young lady is very professional and does a great job with explaining the products. In addition there is a back lounge that HITS!! Phenomenal customer service!

Happy Bud 2.0 🤩🤩 Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better. This new location is BEAUTIFUL! From the indoor design, to the merch, to the lounge on the patio — I’m obsessed! This space is definitely a lot bigger than the first and its located right next to the convention center. Super convenient. They also happen to stay open later than the first location. Can’t get enough!

Originally had ordered delivery around 2pm since I was leaving town the next day and wanted to make my life easier. After 3 hours of radio silence after I placed my order I decided to give them multiple calls and texts on both number listed on the website with no answer. I emailed and DM’d them on Instagram and did not get a response till almost 8pm asking if I could go in to their storefront and pick up- I was told i’d get a discount for the inconvenience so I figured I’d just go in. I got to the store the next day and they still did not have my order prepped so I had to wait again for them to call the manager and confirm I did place an order. Also when I checked out I did not receive a discount. Overall a super annoying experience. This place seems a bit disorganized.
