Staff’s customer service skills, lighting, and signage needs major improvement! Don’t come here if you are not already a regular. There are no instructions on the website or signs outside the building indicating how the curbside process works. As someone who does not come here often, I pulled into a parking spot not knowing I had to check in with security outside the front door before hand. A young lady with pink hair yelled something as I was pulling in; but obviously I wouldn’t be able to hear that while driving. I was then plainly ignored for 30 min while other people pulled in and got their products promptly. It wasn’t until I was frustrated enough to leave and confronted security about the wait time that I was properly told about the curbside process and decently treated as a customer. Hopefully the curbside process and the customer service improves when they open their new building. Otherwise, Dispensary Works and Chesapeake Apothecary will remain my top 2 in the area for all around service.

I am a medical patient and I stopped going to Haven before they changed locations. After them being my sole dispensary. The quality of products was going down and the prices going up. And on top of that they stopped their rewards program. The new place is nice and I started going again just for the specials. Make sure you take a picture of the price you are given at check out when getting the specials. The prices on the site may not be what you get! I ordered 2 carts on special. I get to pick them up, one is $5 more than stated when my order was made, the other $10. I bring cash with me to avoid the ATM fees so I always know how much my order is. I don’t appreciate the change up. I paid the price bc I’m not going to argue. I mentioned the price being different and the associate acted like she didn’t hear anything I said. I guess I will go back to not supporting and furthermore, not recommending. Who wants that kind of surprise. I had to end up paying even more because I did, in fact, have to use the atm.

This was my first time at this location and let me tell you they did not disappoint. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted, the place is clean and inviting. Walter was my bud tender and he was very helpful with helping me decide what my needs were, then I saw my other favorite bud tender Lily! I love the energy here, this may just be my new spot!!

I love this place. Nothing to complain about except you never know when it's going to be cash only or if their card reader is working. It would be nice if they had some consistency with being able to take card vs using the atm plus withdraw fee and knowing if you have to get out of the car to withdraw cash if they won't take card.

Have been very satisfied with this store However just decided to buy a full ounce. Mind Haze by Legends Indica Harsh !!! Nasty!!!!!!!! No Buzz at all. So I’m Done with Heaven and legends. How is it my responsibility you’re the one loosing a customer you should notify the grower not me. Bet you kept on selling that trash to
