This place was very resourceful and had supreme customer service. The front desk guy #Malcom Rogers was a natural leader and helped me out with in store selections. Neon the manager was also helpful. But the Malcom guy ,in my opinion is"Up Next" and should be getting a bigger deal at @HazelSkySmokeShop @ Wurzbach.

I didn't catch his name, but the young man working tonight was very helpful and polite. He was able to answer my questions for a future purchase and ensured I'll be back when I'm ready to make that purchase. He also helped me decide which vape I purchased today. Considering I wandered in about 15 minutes before closing, I was pleasantly surprised how nice and upbeat he was. Great customer service right up to the end of the day.
