Such an poorly informed staff. I researched a specific product online, a dry herb vaporizor, and asked their expertise and they sold me the wrong product. Then they refused to exchange it for the proper device and tried to convince me they were the same, even as i quoted directlyfrom my source of information. I always thought this place was way overpriced, but returned because of the convenient location, but I will definitely never come back now that I'm out 80 bucks for something I can't even use. That's just a poor business model and a huge rip off.

Bryce & Mar were super helpful! They were very knowledgeable about the products and gave some great suggestions! I havent used the product just yet but I'm excited to know they are available to assist with any questions I might have!!!

Bought a brand new bong, got home only filled it with water to check try it out and it would not pull. It’s like there’s no air flow, spent over $100 for something defective and was told there was nothing that could be done. MAKE SURE YOU TRY THE BONGS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE! it’s sad because this was my go to shop but they have officially lost my business.
